Our whole chickens are raised right here at Black Horse Ranch with the same care and standards we expect for our own family’s food. These birds are pasture-raised, organically fed, and raised without hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or shortcuts.
Each whole chicken is processed fresh, carefully chilled, and packaged whole so you can roast it, smoke it, grill it, pressure cook it, or break it down for multiple meals. The flavor is rich, clean, and old-fashioned! The kind of chicken that actually tastes like chicken.
